Welcome to NIT WEBCAFÉ Computer Education Center. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By registering for any course, accessing our facilities, or using the services provided by NIT WEBCAFÉ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll in our courses or use our services.
2.1. All students must complete the registration process and submit required documents.
2.2. Enrollment is considered complete only after payment of the applicable course fees.
2.3. Students must provide accurate information during registration. Any false information may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
2.4. Minimum age requirement for enrollment is 14 years, unless specified otherwise for specific courses.
3.1. Course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan agreed upon at the time of admission.
3.2. All fees are non-refundable except under circumstances mentioned in our refund policy.
3.3. Late payments may attract penalty charges or result in suspension of course access.
3.4. Fees are subject to revision with prior notice to existing students.
4.1. Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students.
4.2. A minimum of 80% attendance is required to be eligible for certification.
4.3. Students must inform the administration in case of anticipated absence.
4.4. Make-up classes may be provided at the discretion of the management and subject to availability.
5.1. Students must maintain discipline and decorum within the premises.
5.2. Any form of harassment, bullying, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate expulsion.
5.3. Damage to coaching property will be charged to the responsible student.
5.4. Use of mobile phones during class hours is prohibited unless instructed by the faculty.
6.1. Students must complete all assignments, projects, and examinations as required.
6.2. Plagiarism or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action.
6.3. Course curriculum is subject to change based on industry requirements and technological advancements.
6.4. Certification will be awarded only upon successful completion of all course requirements.
7.1. Registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
7.2. Course fee refunds are applicable only if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment, subject to administrative charges.
7.3. No refunds will be processed after commencement of classes.
Important Note: These terms and conditions are applicable to all students enrolled in any course at NIT WEBCAFÉ. Violation of any term may result in disciplinary action including termination of enrollment without refund.
